Book your fall field trip at CornDodgers Farm! Slots are booked on a first come/first served basis. Book online if your school has 10 classes or less.
Who should NOT book online: Schools with more than 10 classes, PRESCHOOLS, homeschool groups (we have a separate homeschool day Oct 17, see our Facebook events page), schools whose student counts do not meet the minimum 15 students per class or exceed the maximum of 30 students per class. In these cases, text 334.726.1485 or email [email protected] to arrange booking.
SLOTS ARE BOOKED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF CLASSES/GROUPS. For example, if your school has 8 kindergarten classes with 160 children, you will need to book 8 slots, not 160. Classes/groups must have a minimum of 15 students, maximum 30. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not book online. If you have more classes than there are slots available for your preferred date/time, contact Amanda to adjust the bookings.
Amanda will contact you via email to confirm your student and group count as well as providing general field trip and lunch availability information. Should you need to modify your reservation, please contact us at least 10 days prior to field trip. A fee equal to 20 student admissions ($200) will be charged for every slot you book but do not fill. Any school that "no shows" will be placed on a list and not allowed to book field trips for the next 2 years.
